FAQ

Sample development, production terms and quality control, clearly explained before cooperation begins.

Q01How is the sample development fee calculated?

The sample development fee is evaluated according to design complexity, fabric and trim requirements, and workmanship difficulty. It usually includes pattern development, construction analysis, material confirmation, sample making, and development follow-up. If the project proceeds to a confirmed bulk order, the sample fee may be partially or fully deducted according to the order terms. The deduction method will be confirmed during quotation.

Q02When can the sample fee be deducted?

When the customer approves the sample and proceeds to bulk production under the agreed conditions, the sample fee can normally be deducted from the bulk order amount. This may apply when the agreed quantity is reached or the approved pattern is used without major structural changes. If the project is cancelled after sample development, or if the style requires substantial redevelopment, the sample fee is generally non-refundable or subject to reassessment.

Q03What cooperation models do you offer?

01 If the customer provides complete design documents, we handle sampling, quotation, production, follow-up, quality control, and shipment based on the tech pack, size chart, and material requirements. 02 If the customer only has reference images or a creative direction, we support style analysis, construction breakdown, material matching, and sample development. 03 If the customer needs end-to-end support, we can assist with product planning, material recommendations, pattern development, sample making, and bulk production.
